Members of the Climate-Adapt4EOSC project to participate in the European Climate Pact Flagship Event.

On 19 March 2025, members of the Climate Pact community will gather in Brussels for a day of exchange, inspiration, and action. The programme will feature sessions on pressing topics including climate adaptation, youth activism, inclusive climate action, strategies to overcome eco-anxiety, and the potential of AI to accelerate climate solutions.

Participants—ranging from community members to the wider public—will hear powerful personal stories from the frontlines of climate action. The event will also provide a unique space for networking, enabling changemakers from across Europe to share experiences and build new collaborations.

In the afternoon, Wopke Hoekstra, European Commissioner for Climate, Net Zero and Clean Growth, will join for an in-depth conversation on the EU’s latest climate initiatives. This will be followed by a panel discussion with Kurt Vandenberghe, Director-General for DG Climate Action, exploring innovative solutions to drive forward an inclusive and ambitious transition.
